All items sold by Silk Sneaker are pre-owned, vintage or brand new.
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned goods:
- Signs of wear, age, or prior use should be expected
- Minor imperfections are not considered defects
We make every effort to accurately describe product condition and provide detailed photographs. Product appearance, color, or texture may vary depending on screen settings and devices.
By purchasing from Silk Sneaker, you acknowledge and accept the inherent characteristics of pre-owned luxury goods.
Section 3 – Authenticity Disclaimer
All branded items sold by Silk Sneaker are guaranteed authentic.
Items are carefully inspected prior to listing. Any references to third-party authentication services are provided for informational purposes only. Silk Sneaker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand owner, including any other brands.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Section 4 – Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Silk Sneaker reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. We may cancel or limit orders due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
Once an order is accepted, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial export.
Section 5 – Prices, Payments & Fees
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices may exclude shipping fees
- Prices may exclude applicable taxes depending on destination
Payment processing fees charged by Shopify or payment providers are non-refundable.
You authorize Silk Sneaker to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including shipping, taxes, and applicable fees.
Section 6 – Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Hong Kong.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For supported destinations orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis, meaning duties and import taxes are included.
For not supported destinations
- Shipping may be arranged manually
- Duties, taxes, and customs requirements may vary
- Customers are responsible for any additional charges
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Section 7 – Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
In summary:
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Silk Sneaker reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
