Are your items authentic?

Yes. We stand behind the authenticity of every vintage and designer item offered through Silk Sneaker.

Are all items vintage?

No. Our collection may include vintage archival finds, designer items and contemporary fashion. Product descriptions will clearly indicate the nature of each item.


ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been prepared, packed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping information may be updated before an order enters processing.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, we are unable to make changes to shipping details.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error, as address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Will I receive tracking information?

Are customs duties and taxes included?

In most cases, duties and import charges are covered by Silk Sneaker. However, additional VAT, customs fees or import taxes may occasionally be assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the shipping carrier contacts you regarding customs clearance, payment or additional information, please respond promptly to avoid delays or return of the shipment.

What if my package is delayed?

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Shipping times may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Returned items must meet the requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

What condition must returned items be in?

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original tags, packaging, accessories and accompanying materials included.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the sender.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
