Duties, Taxes & Customs
Orders are shipped internationally from Hong Kong.
In most cases, duties and import charges are covered by Silk Sneaker. However, customs regulations vary by country and additional VAT, customs fees, import taxes or clearance charges may occasionally be assessed by local authorities.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping carrier may contact you regarding customs clearance, payment or additional information required for delivery. Customers are responsible for responding promptly to such requests.
Silk Sneaker is not responsible for delays, returned shipments or additional charges resulting from a customer's failure to respond to customs or carrier communications.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Processing Time

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Address Responsibility

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or handling fees will be deducted from the refund
