Return Window

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, based on the delivery time shown by the courier’s tracking system.

 

Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In the exact same condition as received
  • With all original packaging, accessories, dust bags, and tags

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Return Process

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Duties, taxes, customs charges, and courier fees are non-refundable

Returned items must be shipped fully tracked and insured.

 

Refunds

Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, excluding shipping, duties, and fees.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, discounted items, or custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
